Thank you for joining Christian Concepts for Kids. These terms explain what your membership includes and how the materials may be used. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. What each membership includes
- Free Basic Membership (1 year, free to renew): our newsletter, the monthly curriculum, and limited access to the library.
- VIP Individual ($49 per year): full access to our growing library of scripted lessons, crafts, indoor and outdoor activities, and devotionals (including Devotional Doodles and adult devotionals by Paulette Gobel and Sarah Lawlor) for one person for one year.
- VIP Team of 5 ($149 per year): the same full access for up to 5 people. The person who buys the team plan (the team owner) adds team members to the account.

2. One-year term; no automatic renewal
All VIP memberships (Individual and Team of 5) are a one-time payment for one year from the date your payment is received. They do not renew automatically, so you will never be charged without asking. To keep your access, simply purchase again. We will email you reminders before your membership ends.
Team memberships purchased before October 6, 2026 may renew automatically through PayPal; you can cancel anytime in your PayPal account or by emailing info@christianconceptsforkids.com.
Free Basic Memberships last 1 year and are free to renew at any time at https://christianconceptsforkids.com/members/signup/BasicMembership. We will email you a reminder before yours ends.
3. Team plans
A Team of 5 membership covers up to 5 people. The team owner adds each person to the account, and each person gets their own login. Everyone added has access until the team membership expires. The team owner may remove a person and add someone else in that seat.
4. Payment
Payments are made securely through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card through PayPal, without needing a PayPal account. Your access begins as soon as your payment goes through. Prices may change, but a change will not affect a membership you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
If you're not happy with your VIP membership, email us at info@christianconceptsforkids.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, memberships are non-refundable. Refunds are returned through PayPal. Because our materials are downloadable, we may close a refunded account's access. Our free Basic membership lets you try samples before you buy.
6. Cancellation
Because VIP memberships are a one-time payment, there is nothing you need to cancel to avoid future charges. (If you have an older Team membership that renews through PayPal, see section 2.) If you would like to close your account or stop emails, contact us and we will help. If you close a VIP account, your access ends at that time; payments are refunded only as described in section 5. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
7. Use and sharing
We want these materials used to share God's love with as many children as possible, and we also rely on memberships to keep writing them. So:
- You may print and use the materials with your own class, family, homeschool, co-op, or church group, as often as you like during your membership. Materials you have already printed may continue to be used with your group.
- You may not resell the materials, post them online (including websites, social media, and shared drives open to the public), or share the files or your login with others.
- Team plans cover the named number of people only: up to 5 people for a Team of 5. Each person who uses the library needs their own seat.
- Christian Concepts for Kids keeps the copyright to all materials. A membership gives you permission to use them as described here; it does not transfer ownership.
8. Account security
Each login is for one person. Please do not share your login or password, and keep your password private. If you think someone else is using your account, contact us so we can help. We will never ask for your password by email.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (https://christianconceptsforkids.com/privacy.html) explains what information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell or share your information.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, let members know by email. Continuing to use your membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
